Internal End User Terms of Access and Use

This End User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Application, an internal tool provided by Veriday ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as the Company's overarching IT and employee handbook policies.

1. Purpose and Authorized Use

The Application is provided strictly for internal business and reporting purposes. Authorized Users: Access is limited to current employees, authorized contractors, or agents of the Company who require access to perform their job duties. Business Purpose Only: You agree to use the Application and the reports generated by it solely for the benefit of the Company. Personal use is strictly prohibited.

2. Access and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access to the Application. No Sharing: You must not share your login credentials, passwords, or authentication tokens with any other individual. Reporting Breaches: If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must immediately report it to the IT Helpdesk or Security Department.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Application contains sensitive, proprietary, and confidential company data. Data Ownership: All data, metrics, and reports remain the exclusive property of the Company. Restriction on Distribution: You may not export, screenshot, print, or share reports or data unless explicitly authorized. Data Handling: You must handle all data in accordance with the Company’s Data Protection and Confidentiality Policy.

4. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Bypass or disable security features.
Extract data for purposes outside your role.
Reverse engineer or modify the Application.
Upload malicious code or unauthorized scripts.

5. Monitoring and Privacy

No Expectation of Privacy: The Application is a company-owned asset. Active Monitoring: The Company may log, monitor, and audit all activity within the Application.

6. Termination of Access

The Company may suspend or revoke your access at any time. Access is automatically revoked upon termination of employment or role change.

7. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "AS IS." The Company makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or bug-free operation.
